General Description

Rankine & Hill, established in 1973, is specialized in building services design and has serviced many major projects. In Hong Kong, the works include Government projects, MTRC developments, KCRC stations, housing complexes, as well as many commercial and industrial developments. Rankine & Hill has also completed a number of significant projects in China. These include the Jinling Hotel in Nanjing, Furama Hotel in Dalian, Universe Building (formerly China International Cultural Exchange Centre) in Beijing and Cultural Centre Hotel in Guangzhou.

Rankine & Hill also provides consulting services to Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and other Far East areas. Our commitment to Hong Kong and the region is ongoing.

Environmental control in buildings is our main strength. Our designs definitely comply with all environmental condition requirements of any type of building.
