Wong & Ouyang Group of Practices is a well established architectural and engineering group, with a staff of over 250 professional and supporting personnel in Hong Kong and China. •  Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition

 

Centre Extension

The Extension consists of 3 Exhibition Halls totalling more than 26,000 s.m. Roof trusses spanning 81m and atrium link bridge of 90m.

 

•  Pacific Place

 

A comprehensive development comprising 4 high-rise towers of 40-60 storeys. The structural elements include insitu/precast/post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, caisson walls, top-down construction and tunnelling technique.

 

 

•  Times Square

 

A multi-use development. It comprises a 46-storey tower, a 39-storey tower, 14-levels of podium and 6-levels of basement. The structural form includes concrete cores with 3-levels of steel outriggers, structural steel frames and composite steel deck. Top down construction and diaphragm wall.

 

 

•  Gateway I & II

 

The first and second phase in the redevelopment of Harbour City consists of five 32-storey office and apartment towers on top of a 3-storey podium. The structural form consists of central cores, post-tensioned flat slab, 60Mpa high strength concrete columns.

 

 

•  Hang Seng Bank Headquarters

 

Corporate flagship of Hang Seng Bank. The structural system consists of 2 concrete cores on east and west sides of the building. Post-tensioned beams spanning 30m between the cores provide truly column free area.
