Wilbur Smith Associates (WSA) is an
international consulting firm specializing in transport planning, traffic
engineering, civil engineering, economics, and management and operations of
public works infrastructure and transportation. The Firm has extensive
experience in comprehensive urban, rural and regional development and master
plan studies, planning, design and construction supervision. Since its
inception in 1952, the Firm has completed more than 10,000 individual studies
and projects in over 80 countries for 3,500 clients. Wilbur Smith Associates
began providing services in Hong Kong in
1965. It has carried out many of the benchmark transportation planning
studies which have guided development of Hong Kong’s
transport infrastructure, and has been involved in the design and
construction supervision of a diverse range of projects including highways,
site formation and infrastructure, piers and marine works and sewage
collection and treatment.
