Richard Chan & Associates Limited is a professional Consultants Firm specialising in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Building Services. The Firm was established in 1976 by Mr. Richard S. T. Chan who had served in the field of Building Services for 20 years and is now under the management of Mr. Chan. The Principal and Directors are in-charge of every project personally to ensure close contract with the design and co-ordination of the work the Firm undertakes.

The Firm has strived to achieve a harmonious and economic design of Building Services. A skillful working team with computer operation assists design and management information in the Firm so as to provide proper services to support Developers, Architects and Building Contractors as needed.
