Ho Wang SPB Limited, formerly known as SPB Hong Kong Limited, was established in 1993 in offering specialist transport and transportation services in the region. The company became member of the Ho Wang Group in 1997.

Transport Planning and Modelling

Our experience in model development and forecasting techniques is among the best in the region, with in-house specialists in EMME/2, SATURN, and other programmes. Our EMME/2 full four-stage model, for example is fully compatible with the CTSs models of the Hong Kong SAR.

Our experts in Operations Research, Statistics, and Econometrics provide the backup support in our modelling projects. Our in-house experience covers:
